Thé hotel staff made a lot of difference during the stay. Starting from check in Ms. Now, concierge - Youssef, Mor( how goes above and beyond to help) Ariel during departure. Housekeeping colleagues sorry I don’t remember their name. At the BF - Jordan, and Jennifer. At the Gin bar- Einav was amazing and very professional, Daria, Bernando. In total - the staff made a lot of difference. One thing I was amazed was- how quick the egg orders come at the table during BF. It’s awesome. Thank you very much for everything.

Excellent hotel in Neve Tzedek. nice design, clean rooms, excellent croissants for breakfast. nice places to walk. 10 minutes to the beach. very friendly personnel. there were couple of small mishaps with service, but everything was corrected. received small excellent cake as a compliment.
