Clean rooms and hotel, large room/shower place with big balcony and waterfall view. Beautiful infinity pool to cool down in the middle of the day. Friendly staff who will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. We loved the 5 o'clock tea and snack time. Perfect dinner options also. Don't hesitate to book, you will enjoy it. Special thanks to Harikrishnahan (kitchen service), Shaji (staff) and Vinesh (admin manager) for making our breakfast early in the morning and giving us a nice present. Excellent hospitality by staff and excellent facilities and very comfy room. Location is very close to airport and everything available outside hotel. I have not seen this facilities, hospitality in 4 star hotels as well. One of the staff Jen is extremely good at providing best hospitality and services to guest.
