We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff’s reception was lovely, and their treatment was very polite. They were friendly and pleasant in their interactions. The hotel is clean and located in a beautiful area. The view of the waterfall from the restaurant and the flowing river is truly stunning. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the staff were excellent. We also enjoyed the sounds of the birds, seeing the eagles, and getting close to the monkeys.

Excellent hospitality by staff and excellent facilities and very comfy room. Location is very close to airport and everything available outside hotel. I have not seen this facilities, hospitality in 4 star hotels as well. One of the staff Jen is extremely good at providing best hospitality and services to guest. The location at 1500 metres from the arivals hall at Kochi International Airport is an absolute boon. The distance, even in muggy 30C, is walkable. Vital when there seems to be fewer taxis than arrivals wanting them. The question is moot as to whether taxis would take you that distance. Neither Tallinn nor Heathrow airport taxis would consider such a small fare.

Softouch is a very unique Ayurvedic Health resort, for that perfect blend of serene relaxation and top notch Ayurvedic treatment. Almost every aspect of experience from Stay and Food to Therapy was customised and well executed. 1. Doctor Henry was stand out in his interactions along with resident doctor and therapists. Had an extensive Panchkarma treatment with several therapies like Kizhi, Pizhichil, Nasayam and Basti to name a few. 2. The cottage was modern and well furnished besides being spacious and open to nature. Enjoyed nature walk and the river nearby. 3. The food was top notch, with a very good range of preparations and local flavours. Special thanks for that personal touch. I would recommend this to anyone looking to address any chronic or nagging health issue, while looking for a resort like atmosphere and personal are. Great job team….look forward to returning in future.
