There was this worker who worked at the in-house Sari shop - Gaurav. I am so glad that I met this guy. He really went over and above to make my stay amazing. Lovely hotel which the late Queen stayed in 1960. Still has old Colonial feel. Food excellent and the chef accommodated our requirements. Central enough to reach the ghats and old town in tuk tuk or taxi but situated outside the noise and crowds. Lovely garden and secluded pool.
