I am staying here all the staff are very helpful and have familiar behaviour and a very clean room proper dual dustbin in a room clean lobby and proper place for plant washroom is proper clean and big reception area for waiting for someone. The staff was incredibly welcoming and had a very smooth check in. Overall best experience.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent tasty food and a wide selection.. What else do we need?! We almost booked in a 5 star hotel elsewhere, but unfortunately they didn't have walk-in shower, which we were looking for elderly parents. I would rate Madin as 5 stars!! Well done, staff and management 😁

this is an excellent hotel to stay when in varanasi. The hotel is very busy but the staff are very friendly and go over and above to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The on site restaurant serves excellent food - we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. i would like to thank Riki, owais,nishant and asif for their care and attention to us and also all the staff in the restaurant who were so friendly and caring.
