Breakfast was sumptuous with a very wide range of food items.

Everything , the service was excellent , very good breakfast. Highly recommend .

This is a newly opened hotel with excellent interiors and a refined ambiance. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The food is exceptional — the North Indian dishes, especially the Butter Chicken and Kadhai Chicken, surpassed even those served in many renowned hotels across North India. Special mention to Chef Natarajan for his warm hospitality and attention to detail. I would confidently rate this as the best hotel in Coimbatore and among the finest in all of Tamil Nadu.

Disclaimer ***************** This is not paid review I have paid for my entire expense at Vivanta Coimbatore and below are my collective thoughts which might help someone who plans a trip and accommodation in Vivanta Coimbatore Feedback ******************* 1. The Hotel delivered the characteristics of (a) family/kids friendly staffs (b) clean/tidy/serviced rooms everyday (c) decent mix races of country nationals (d) center location connects to many places in Coimbatore 2. Safe environment to use while you stay with family and kids 3. Staffs are able to give rational advises/guidance/direction while we explored local places 4. Restaurant food menu was fantastic : delivered a mix of Indian/Asian/Euro/US Cuisines which my family liked a lot 5. Restaurant staffs were very attentive and responsive (Many/All to name) : voluntarily took my family's requests and delivered timely without delays 6. Reception staffs are good : (special thanks to Badran) - staffs give spot on suggestions/recommendation and deliver them 7. Swimming Pool followed No Dive Policy : disturbance from pool view inside the room was negligible 8. Security Personal : Around 4AM i was going out receive family guests and i saw 5+ personal AWAKE and guarding reception/lobby lift all the way till main gate Additionally Security personal offered friendly hands (offloaded bags, scanned the bags, Sent bags to reception, Loaded bags to vehicles, smiley faces and good communication) 9. All female masseuse were fully booked while my family reached for appointment, so our advise : while making room booking - request for an masseuse appointment before you arrive to the hotel

My family of 4 (2+2) stayed in Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, RaceCourse, Coimbatore from 19th Jan – 23rd Jan 2023 . The 1st impression of our Hotel Driver Mr.Shiva during Airport Pick Up & Drop Off with amazing. He is our 1st point of contact once we have landed in Coimbatore Airport. Transportation 1. Mr.Shiva (our Hotel Driver) gives a warm & safe vibe to our family as 1st point of contact. We feel safe & well taken care by Mr.Shiva. He is incredibly punctual & keeps his mask-on all the time except during meals. 2. Mr.Shiva driver carefully, pay attention to the road & doesn’t honk unnecessarily. 3. He gives lotsa suggestions only UPON request which is rare to find nowadays. 4. He also recommends us to get kitchen staffs to pack sandwiches & fruits for our early 4am journey to Palani Murugan temple. It was so sweet of him to think about our kid’s food. 5. Mr.Shiva drove us to PAlani (about 1.30hrs journey 1-way, which totals up of ~4hours journey all together), followed us all the way up, took good care of our kids & belongings too. 6. We are extremely GRATEFUL & BLESSED to have such an incredible drive, Mr.Shiva to travel with us during our trip. Accommodation 1. Front desk staffs was very kind, helpful. Answered our queries with a BIG Smile behind that mask. 2. Good, clean, toiletries are well provided generously upon request. 3. Staffs are friendly & always greets us with a BOG SMILE behind that mask. Keeps saying Namaste every time they see us. 4. Room mattress was super nice, pillow comfortable & soft. 5. TV channels was good too. 6. Bathing area spacious & clean. F&B 1. Hats OFF to Sunday (22nd Jan 2023) Buffet , the buffet spread was amazingly delicious with up to around 30 varieties of food to enjoy. We had an amazing lunch ! 2. As I mentioned earlier, thanks to kitchen team for preparing sandwiches & fruits for our early morning 4am trip to Palani, thank you so much for the warm hospitality.

Everything was great! The stuff was very helpful, they really care about their guests!

Nice hotel, all the functions in the room was controlled by a Tablet.

EVERYTHING WAS "PERFECT" Loved our stay Swimming pool was a plus and location too.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they helped me out with everything I needed.
