Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

It was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was superb - so much selection and ability to order as many additional as you like. Upon arrival, I misunderstood the bed type I had booked and not only could they accommodate the bed request last minute but upgraded us for free as well. Talk about quality service!!

The hospitality was exceptional. My best experience at a hotel. The hotel provided a complimentary airport transfer as part of my room booking. There was a gentleman who welcomed us at the airport and handed us over to the driver who took us to the hotel in a comfortable SUV. We arrived at the hotel at around 4:30pm and 3 members of staff were ready to welcome us at the entrance as we had come off an overnight flight the staff took us directly to our room and the check in process was done in the comfort of our room. This was 5 star service and very thoughtful. I’ve never experienced this before. The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the hotel had provided sweets for republic day - this was a very lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent taste and quality. Staff were attentive and even the housekeeping staff were exceptional. We had flowers with us in a bouquet and the next day the housekeeping had put our flowers in a vase. All these small things made a HUGE impact and difference. We had dinner at House of Ming and the Chinese food was impressive. The hotel is walking distance to India Gate so perfect location too. I highly recommend this hotel.
