Our stay exceeded our expectations. The property was exquisite and the staff was lovely. Special shout-out to Sakshi and Vaibhavi for arranging everything with the room decoration. It was so so good, can’t express in words. They were so kind and accommodating. We were happy by their service.

    Wide-spread Breakfasts and even the dinners we had at the Hotel were of superb quality and taste. Floor staff and the chefs were very courteous and attended to our needs. We interacted with floor staff Nitin, Deepika and Chef Rakesh Gupta. And security guard Hyrudaya. They are very service-oriented and caring.

    BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND MORE THAN EXPECTED IN INDORE CITY , TRUE FIVE STAR HOTEL STYLE. I THANK SANJAY AS HE WAS EXCELLENT IN GIVING US EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE DURING OUR STAY. I ALSO THANK SILVESTER FOR SUPPORTING US ON OUR STAY FROM THE FRONT OFFICE AND EVERY FRONT OFFICE STAFF. ALSO WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE SECURITY STAFF AT THE DOOR.
