Amazing work of housekeeping staff (fab job in keeping my room in order) Comfortable beds. Sun light enters through the big window. Basically, how easy sachin made it for us.home away from home is clarion. The restaurant supervisor, chef were kind 😇 Basically highest level of service a guest can ask for. Keep it up Suba Group.. Since we had an early morning flight and arrived at the property at 4am while it was all dark, it did have a very spooky feel to it. But we were overjoyed from sunrise onwards and throughout the rest of the stay. Lovely staff and manager Mr. Milton who took care of our every need. It felt like staying at our family home and being spoilt :) The views, the boat ride, the special dance performance, the fresh fish and super yummy preparations were all more than what we expected. It was indeed a very memorable and special experience for my daughter and myself!

Everything was excellent, from the check in till the checkout. We had a wonderful stay which the staff did a great job and helped us change the room to one with view and gave us everything we asked for. I’d like to thanks Krishna Kumar especially for his amazingly good help and kindness, as well as the guy from the housekeeping team who always left the room shiny and clean! 10/10 experience, would recommend this to anyone visiting Cochin. The breakfast was delicious, the staff are always friendly, neat and professional and the surroundings are beautiful as it’s a very quiet area to disconnect from the hassle.
