Five-Star Hotels in Kovalam

We've stayed in Rockholm for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it The restaurant is so good that we didn't bother to go and eat somewhere else most of the time when we were at the hotel. Besides the regular menu they can also do something on request and all of that is very reasonably priced (compared to most of the European prices for the same quality and service). The breakfast is mainly vegetarian but variety is wide enough and some options are changed every day, we tried something new in different combinations every day. Non-veg breakfast options are always present but limited and some of the breakfast dishes could be spicy The receptionists are very helpful and helped us with the currency exchange, helped to book a scooter (since it was a low season it was hard to find anything working), arranged a reliable transfer to the airport at a good price (compared to an external transfer booking services), they can also help with everything related to tours and other activities We've really enjoyed the pool, even though it's not so big and rather shallow it appeared to be good enough for us. The water, pool itself and surrounding area were very clean. We didn't go to the beach but during the daytime it could be really considered as a private beach as there's always nobody even though the beach itself looks pleasant and clean, at the evening there will be cloud of locals watching the sunset and local kids playing football The room itself was clean, cozy and with enough lighting options. WiFi has proven to be stable and rather fast. And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking and it's main feature of the hotel for sure The location is also nice, in a very quiet and somewhat secluded area but in just 5 minutes walk to the main beach with all other hotels and restaurants All the staff is very helpful and sincerely friendly

Super location, sea view and the continuous sound of sea waves makes it extremely serene and calm. There are tall and old trees which makes the property extremely rich.

Hospitality is warm. The location is excellent. Food is extremely tasty.

Ambiance of the Restaurant and watching sunset

Our stay was magnificent. The place is fantastic but the best thing is all the hotel staff that make your stay unique. A special thanks to Suman.s and all his team (chef and waiters) for the unforgettable romantic dinner they prepared to celebrate our anniversary.

I liked the caring attitude of UDS staff. The ambience of UDS as a whole, decor, vibrant environment has touched our heart.

Everything was excellent, had a great, comfortable stay here. All staff were very courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Too many to mention by name but our thanks to all of them. The hotel arranged our Kanniyakumari trip, and our driver Simon was very courteous, friendly and a safe driver. Thank you Hyatt Regency for a very enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, location handy for Lulu mall and not to far from capital. Food was lovely in the restaurant.

The property is well managed, maintained and the staff extremely professional. They went out of the way to help my family on multiple occasions. We were checking out early in the morning and the manager ensured to pack us breakfast even though we had not requested for it. Location is right in the heart of the city and gives you access to all the main landmarks.

Everything about this hotel is excellent still the behaviour of the hotel staff needs special mention . One staff member (probably Ashwin) was excellent in his helpfulness. The food in dinner and breakfast was very very good.
