We can only agree with the other very positive reviews. Everything was perfect. The room, the food, the staff, the excursions, the weather, the (heated!) infinity pool on the roof, etc.. - Highly recommended! Arya, the lady from the front office, is a treasure and fulfilled every conceivable wish. Many thanks to Arya and the entire Panoramic Getaway team! Amazing views from hotel room and the breakfast n pool deck. The hotel is located right beside a waterfall and deep ravine so you see variety of panoramic views and woken up by birdsong. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we liked the additional activities that the hotel planned eg cooking demo, nature walk and even the lovely cardamom welcome gift! We loved it here and couldn't bear to leave!

We absolutely loved staying at Chandys for our first visit to Munnar, it's a beautiful resort in a perfect location, grand and stylish however blended with absolute beauty of nature. We had amazing service the whole time from check-in till check-out and the staff here are so accommodating and lovely. Room was nice & neat, and the food was delicious. It was clean and great rooms. The views from the swimming pool were amazing. Raja on reception was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. The food in the restaurant also delicious!
