Clean and spacious, it was everything we expected it to be for a 5 star hotel. The buffet dinner was excellent. The gym had good equipment. Would stay here again.

This hotel had great staff, hospitality and I enjoyed my meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The manager Arun was lovely as well as Vinil and all the other wait staff were professional yet warm. I also loved how local and Indian artists were featured on their walls. It's very tasteful. As I stayed over Christmas, the festive cake was fabulous and the manager put two pieces aside as he knew I wanted some. The gym is super clean, and the design of the hotel and rooms are beautiful. Stay here any time.

Since we had an early morning flight and arrived at the property at 4am while it was all dark, it did have a very spooky feel to it. But we were overjoyed from sunrise onwards and throughout the rest of the stay. Lovely staff and manager Mr. Milton who took care of our every need. It felt like staying at our family home and being spoilt :) The views, the boat ride, the special dance performance, the fresh fish and super yummy preparations were all more than what we expected. It was indeed a very memorable and special experience for my daughter and myself!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. With just one request my parents room were upgraded without any charges and they managed to stay right next to us. The free buggy service from Lulu Mall was a plus point.

Great place to stay and supportive staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a good experience. Breakfast spread was good and well organised. Front office staff - Rajesh , Amal and Rolly were exceptional and took good care of us during the stay. Great property to stay for business.
