I loved the way the staff welcomed us, also the main part was we were straight taken to our room for check in, didn't have to wait at the lobby while the check in is happening. Ambika is really nice, she was very helpful in answering all our queries and concerns in a calm way. Sumit the hotel manager was also very nice and good, the staff everyone was really nice to us, we felt very over happy, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and it wouldn't have been better in any other place.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, we loved every bit of our stay! Thank you Manisha and her team for making it so special. I rarely stay in hotels when I visit India, but among the few times I have, this was by far the most extraordinary experience. Manisha and her team truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the effort and thoughtfulness they put into everything. It was such a special evening celebrating my niece and brother’s birthdays, and seeing how happy they were, especially my sister-in-law, who was beyond thrilled. It meant the world to us. The dinner was phenomenal, and a huge shoutout to Govind for his exceptional care and that delicious beetroot halwa that we are still talking about! Because of how wonderfully we were treated and how smoothly every request was handled, I will be recommending the Radisson in Shimla/Kufri to all my friends visiting the area/country. It was lovely staying at the Radisson Jass Shimla, and I must say, the property is absolutely stunning! The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and courteous, making the entire experience even more memorable. A special shout-out to Rakesh & Sudiksha who checked us in.
