Excellent facilities and extremely attentive staff who go out of the way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The outside breakfast area, the sunroom, and the Jacuzzi / Pool area have to be amongst the best anywhere in the world. We traveled with our 4 year old and the staff service and care was exceptional throughout the stay!

The most courteous and friendly staff that made us feel so welcome,' it's like a home away from home. During our 3 weeks in India., Mumbai, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Shimla &Goa ,The Orchid Hotel in Shilma was the best stay where the staff make sure the guest is King or Queen .The hotel is beautifully designed with exquisite fixtures and decor. Restaurant is elegant with courteous and friendly staff , Mr Ganesh (F&B, manager) together with his chefs make sure the food meet the guests expectation. Mr Roopesh,front desk manager made sure our stay was relaxed and comfortable. The general manager also greet guests and chat, making sure all the expectations are met. Only wished we allocated more than 3 days there. Awesome experience,we will definitely recommend The Orchid Hotel, Shimla.

everything the view was astonishing the staff was amazing starts from Rakesh at the front desk took our check in , then Dheeraj in IN room dining was very professional and helpful , Ms. Ekta in housekeeping came to us and ask about the stay and everything , in dining room Vikram was very helpful with our requests !

After a horrendous experience in another hotel we booked a night here for rejuvenation. The room had the most spectacular views, very pleasant decor and super comfy bed. We both had a massage and spent some time by the pool which is set in the most breathtaking landscape.
