What stood out most was the attention to detail and cleanliness. The housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless and well-arranged each day. Service and hospitality were top-notch. The staff was courteous, quick to respond, and always went the extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable. Whether it was arranging a boat ride or suggesting local spots to explore, they were knowledgeable and accommodating. We also loved the poolside area, which stays open till late – a rare and thoughtful offering. The restaurant served delicious meals – from local flavors to dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. I recently stayed at Vivanta Thane LBS Road and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself is luxurious, very new and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived I noticed the exceptional service and attention to detail from all the staff which made the experience truly memorable. A special mention must go to Yash the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to ensure that everything during our stay was perfect. His professionalism and warmth made my wife and I feel very welcome. I would also like to highlight Saurabh in Mynt restaurant who provided outstanding service every time we dined there. He took great care in making sure I was comfortable and his friendly approach added a personal touch that made a real difference. Overall my experience at Vivanta Thane was excellent. The combination of luxury surroundings and attentive staff makes this hotel stand out. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

A Decadent Escape at the Fairmont Mumbai – Where Every Detail is Perfection When my husband was called to a series of meetings in India, I saw the perfect opportunity to visit my brother in Mumbai. This trip also became the ideal occasion to celebrate our 25th anniversary — something we hadn’t been able to do earlier this year amidst the happy chaos of life with four wonderful children and two furry companions. The Fairmont Mumbai, newly opened just four months ago, proved to be everything we could have wished for and more. From the very start, our journey was infused with understated elegance and exceptional service. The hotel’s transfer set the tone — a smooth, luxurious ride from the airport, just a stone’s throw away, yet worlds apart from the bustle and noise of the city streets. Stepping into the lobby was like stepping back in time. The 1920s-inspired interiors — rich Art Deco detailing, exquisite architecture, and carefully curated artwork — spoke of a bygone era of glamour and sophistication. Every corner reflected thought, taste, and sheer style, offering an immersive experience that felt both grand and intimate. The people of the Fairmont, however, made our stay truly unforgettable. From the driver and doorman to the front desk, concierge, spa team, and restaurant staff — every single person was at our beck and call, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Special thanks go to Executive Sous Chef Kaustubh Chavan and Sous Chef Vishal Shetty, who not only delighted us daily with their culinary artistry but also surprised us with a beautiful farewell cake at our last breakfast. Poolside, Sonny and Ankit took such great care of us, ensuring our moments of relaxation were nothing short of perfect. The dining was, in a word, spectacular. Across six live kitchens, the chefs showcased flavours from around the world, sourcing rare ingredients and presenting them with creativity and flair. Every meal felt like an event, every plate a masterpiece.

The Hill View Cafe had an amazing breakfast spread! The staff Mayur, Novel and Abhijeet went an extra mile- commendable customer service!!! The sundowner at Mizuki on 32 Floor is all worth it! Pan Asian cuisine definitely worth the try Will be coming back for sure

Everything, high standard decor colourful and classy. The rooms are of good size, staff are extremely attentive. The food was a taste sensation experience and coming from New Zealand very affordable to be eating at 5 star level. Even the music played at breakfast and dinner was very tasteful.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options that I thoroughly enjoyed. The level of service provided during breafast time exceptional, and I found the staff care given during having the breakfast to be the best among all the hotels I've visited in Mumbai. I want to extend my gratitude to Anju for her outstanding support. She is truly the best staff member at the hotel, demonstrating exceptional skills in handling guests. Anju was adept at addressing any concerns or complaints and ensuring that guests were happy and content. Thanks to her efforts, our stay was memorable because of her, and I appreciate the care and attention she provided.
