    It's at great location,But when I arrived at the room the outside lobby is filled with people form outside, waiting and Chet chatting for someone. It's very ugly to see such ambiance at five Star hotel.

    The location of the property is excellent with beautiful sea view rooms. It is a sprawling property with all amenities. It is also very kid friendly with the staff taking special attention to the kid’s food. As such it has an amazing dining experience. I shall say it is one of the few 5 star resorts with wonderful personal care.

    The hotel was underwhelming for 5 stars. The cleanliness wasn’t great; carpets were dingy and the decor was meh. Room sizes were very good but the lobby and the carpets seemed like they needed to be upgraded. Just didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star. The breakfast spread was good. Continental was best avoided. The Paratha were delicious.

    Great staff and service. Especially Ms Subashini at the restaurant is finely served and good human. Overall better than other 5 starts in Vizag.
