I only have positive things to say :) From the prompt and helpful replies to my messages, to the assistance with booking a parking spot in a nearby garage for 15€/day. I stayed in the smallest room, but for me it was perfect, cozy, clean, with a bathroom that had natural light. All the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t be better, right next to one of the main squares, truly in the heart of Alberobello. Breakfast was excellent, varied and individually prepared for each guest, with a selection of different options. I couldn’t finish everything because it was so generously served. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Location was fabulous and the staff wonderful. The hotel is in the controlled zone for cars but you can drive to the check in and the concierge valet parks the car. The suite was out of this world with great views and we loved having our nightcap on the balcony . Thank you to all for an exceptional stay.

Incredible property, with views of Polignano a Mare from the breakfast reastaurant. Room was large and comfortable. Very good breakfast and upscale service. Swimming pool was beautiful!

We found Villa San Martin to be an ideal choice for us. The staff, immediately upon our arrival, were friendly yet extremely professional with a warm and cheerful greeting. They even provided us with a cooling and refreshing sorbet. Everything in the hotel was just as you would want it and the facilities, the food, the friendly staff were all a credit to the hotel. Nothing appeared to be a problem to them to make your stay comfortable and an enjoyable one. On our departure they clearly enthused about our stay and left us in no doubt they really wanted you to return as a guest.

Situated in Polignano a Mare, Hotel Grotta Palazzese is set on a cliff overlooking the sea. It offers 5-star accommodation with a bar and a shared lounge.
