This very charming hotel wonderfully located next to the sea, a few steps from the beach and in the historic city center provided me with one of my best hotel stays ever. Rooms are impeccable. The attention to detail is evident, the comfort level is extraordinary and the multi-lingual staff is very professional and welcoming. The appealing and. beautifully kept communal areas even include a pool with ocean view and a rooftop restaurant and sitting area overlooking the coastline. Incredible property, with views of Polignano a Mare from the breakfast reastaurant. Room was large and comfortable. Very good breakfast and upscale service. Swimming pool was beautiful!

This is a haven designed to relaxation and privacy. Staff were unobtrusive. No signs. No pushiness. Staff were first class and very discrete. Breakfast opposite the Adriatic Sea on your private terrace cannot be put into words. A quiet knock on your patio doors revealed a fabulous breakast set out on blue linen table cloth runner with quality silverware and Villeroy and Bosche crockery. Exceptional and unique.

We could not rate Masseria Torre Maizza highly enough. All of the staff were exceptional and tended to any and all of our needs. The facilities were fantastic and the food both breakfast (included in our stay) and the meals by the pool, at the beach club and in the main restaurant were superb. Villa San Martino is an elegant establishment, surrounded by a beautiful green park, just outside the Baroque city of Martina Franca. Get ready for a pleasant, relaxing Apulian holiday.
