Cant say enough of the exeptional serviece since the time we arrived untill we left ..number one is the staff all of them from reception to conceriage to waitets to drivers to housekeeping you feel you are your own house...the transport system the welcoming from the port the knolwedge the help in tickets to barbers to hair salon ..even after we left thier serviece was contniuing .the candies coffee welcoming drink ..every thing is exeptional..defientlt they are the BEST They gave me even a free upgrade to sea view

Probably the best hotel in Capri! Great location, super friendly staff, room was new, clean with attention to detail. Housekeeping did an excellent job and were very nice.
