1) the interior design is outstanding modern mixed with traditional with old army bikes ! outstanding ! 2) the food was excellent 3) the personnel is very professional 4) everybody speaks at list 2 foreign languages 5) the matress was like a cloud 6) the gym is very complex and the latest type of machines 7) it has 1 inside and 2 huge outside thermal swimming pools 8) pool inside and outside bar 9) very well taken care of garden 10) traditional food and vegan choices 11) health club is amazing : all types of massages , specific thermal water therapies,hairdresser, manicure , pedicure …. 12) there are two restaurants within the hotel. One is very elegant and one is near the pool. 13)  every night in the hotel bar. There are very nice events with live music and the light in the night and a good thing is that you can’t hear it at the floor above, so you can rest in peace 14)  The owner is always present in the hotel and you can talk to him directly about anything you like this is very reassuring.

Albano ritz is exceptional in comfort and service. The staff were approachable and spoke many languages, which was great since I had limited Italian. Even when dealing with staff that didn't have any shared language with 6 would do their utmost to help or always had a colleague near who was able to communicate. All of the staff are wonderful people who are willing to go the extra mile. The spa treatments are well priced and well worth it. The majority of the hotel decor is of a classic look but is extremely well maintained and kept. This is successful in creating an atmosphere of a traditional high-end establishment. The exception to the classic style seems to be the creative rooms that are spacious and truly unique, each having its own style, often interesting and more modern.

I had wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and so relaxed and quite, Food was great with lots of choices, beautiful swimming pool and SPA massage , the most stunning is their service TOP, everyone are so helpful and nice and even follow up tightly about you left them task. Maybe the only 5* Hotel in the area… The staff was very polite, professional and they know how to treat guests as a “ President”…. We stayed at the Panorama rooms… Was recently renovated, clean, luxurious and well equipped!
