    Wow ! What a spectacular property - literally defining what true five star personal service and luxury is all about. From the beautiful setting to the tasteful appointments to the super attentive staff, everything about the Grand Hotel Bristol was truly extraordinary. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return soon!

    Beautifully decorated hotel.Very nice bedrooms with great bathroom and very comfortable beds.Staff very nice and genuine,warm and enthusiastic,well trained and eager to please guests,deffo 5 star staff,.Spa staff especially nice. The Spa was the best I have ever used in any hotel and will be hard to find a better one.Also no charge to use which is a great feature.There is a bus stop outside the hotel,taxis are dear in Rapallo. We didnt use restaurants in the hotel.

    The reception staff were delightful. We were upgraded, free of charge, to a superior room and it was absolutely superb. We had a small balcony from which we could see the harbour. There was everything in the room that you could want. Luxurious. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice.
