A very modern hotel right by the seaside. Our room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay. Breakfast is chosen from a menu, with a wide variety of delicious options — everything we tried was excellent. Service was fast and efficient; we never had to wait long. As soon as you step outside the hotel, you're right in the middle of everything — supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and bazaars are all just a few steps away. Because of this vibrant location, the surroundings can be a bit noisy, and music from nearby venues can be heard in the room during the evening. So, for those seeking complete peace and quiet, it might not be the ideal choice. Nonetheless, it's a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action and enjoy modern comfort. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. The location is convenient (close to the beach, shopping streets and railway station), there is a parking upon request. The staff is great. Promenade hotel is the best hotel ever built in Riccione. The hotel it made my stay wonderful. all services and housekeeping at high level. breakfast was excellent by Gabriel. Promenade team makes everything perfectly. special thanks to reception officer Mrs Eman for fast check in and for all assistance she provided. definitely smart and highly recommended hotel for people who want to enjoy the holidays. hopefully will visit again

Hotel with a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool, sun loungers and towels available for guests. On the private beach also sun loungers with towels. Hotel staff smiling and very professional. Breakfast delicious, with a choice of probably everything that can be for breakfast. There were also omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, waffles or sweet pancakes prepared on the fly. I must single out the consierge at the hotel, Mr. Andres, who was up to the task and helped us immensely. We were supposed to take trains to Lido di Jesolo and unfortunately there was a train strike that day and we had no way to get there. After a few hours of nerves, it turned out that we would have a rental car substituted, and the next day someone would pick it up from us in Lido di Jesolo. Once again, thank you very much and the hotel highly recommended.
