Staff exceptionally nice and kind, especially Eva w from Food and Beverages WHO made for us the best coffee we have ever tasted. Not to mention how kind she was to us at breakfast. One of the BEST breakfasts we ever had. Chiara, Valeria and Silvia (Front desk) where so kind to us, organized everything, from motor bike rent, beach and restaurant bookings, to transfers and train tickets. One of the best professionals in the hotel industry we have met, not to mentioned how kind they were at the same time. In short, AMAZING!

Check in was perfect- actually room was ready early. The staff was super friendly and spoke perfect English. They made several recommendations on places to see and a general orientation of the city. We loved the location and the room was quiet and amenities were very nice.

    Everything was perfect. We were given an upgrade on arrival and stayed in a luxurious suite. Five star treatment beginning with a great breakfast buffet that contains everything you wish for. The staff is very welcoming, always helpful and everyone has a genuine friendliness. Indoor pool very large (20 m) and spotless as well as the fitness centre. Great stay. Mille Grazie 😊

    Luxury atmosphere immediately when stepping in. Front desk staff very helpful, solving many transportation problems. Nice room and bath, impeccable clean. Everything 5 stars, and so was breakfast. Hot items made to order, otherwise good buffet. The breakfast was served on top floor restaurant, with awesome sea view. Location was perfect on the northern tip of Ortigia, short walk to main sights and many restaurants.

    We had booked a classical room but were upgraded to a two-level rather big room. This hotel is a proper five-star hotel. Everything is up to the standard you expect at five stars. The location is perfect. The valet parking works fine. They serve you a nice welcome drink at breakfast, which is very good. We ordered breakfast in the room the first morning and loved it.
