The hotel is stunning, spotless, and beautifully located — but what made it truly unforgettable was the exceptional team. A heartfelt thank you to Sakher Naber, who stood out with his professionalism and kindness — truly wow! A special mention also goes to Mohammad Shelbayeh, the Front Office Manager, whose warm leadership was reflected in every detail of our stay. Aasem from the breakfast team brightened our mornings with excellent service, and Dana at reception was welcoming and helpful. The staff made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an incredible stay at the Lavanda Hotel in Aqaba! The hotel was amazing, with a beach nearby and a great pool, but what made it truly exceptional was Amir at the reception. Coming from the luxury hotel industry myself, I can say Amir was outstanding. He provided personalized service and made our stay unforgettable. He also acted as our concierge, organizing a last-minute boat excursion for diving, with dinner on board and a sunset view. Thank you, Amir, for making our stay in Aqaba such a memorable experience. If we return, it will be because of you!

I really did like the staff, they were so welcoming and cooperative. Alaa Shishani, Mustafa, Nour, Ismail, and Naser were so nice to me and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you all. The hotel and the rooms were so clean. The breakfast buffet was so good. Also the cateres were super nice.

    the hotel was short in personnel and that was clear with the services of the hotel. Burj Al Hamam was below standard in the food and services as well as the breakfast was very limited and not up to a 5 stars hotel. Yet, the front desk, reception and the security were very helpful.

    I will invite all workers and managers in all 5 stars hotels in Jordan , Turkey , UAE And all countries which i Visited to come and learn from Almanara Hotel staff...In all countries which I visited , I never found such Kindness and Services and Nice People and real Luxury ,Lots of Thanks for all Workers Specially To miss Ghofran And The Manager and Mr Shuaib and all staffs

    Amer was a true ambassador for Oryx Hotel him and his team were absolutely outstanding. Chef Samy also went above and beyond to provide delicious vegan meals, including bringing almond milk for breakfast! The hotel is a very comfortable and truly five star place to relax and unwind, the spa facilities are great, and all of the staff are friendly and incredibly generous.

    EVERYTHING!!! First time, in a 5 stars hotel, and it was the best experience. Great professionals, from the desk to the ladies who are cleaning the rooms to the people who are working in the restaurants/pool and spa. thank you to everyone who make amazing our stay as clients. Special mention to Ven who did my spa treatment, very professional and super calm. It was everything we need to stay in Aqaba. The breakfast is amazing, worth every penny.
