The location was great. Nice a quiet and great places to eat nearby. Beds were super comfortable, the drying room was awesome, and the toaster oven made kids breakfasts super efficient. 😊 Yummy coffee and tea provided. Easy to check in and out with the option to store luggage the morning we left. The staff were always easy to get in touch with via booking.com, and they provided a number for night time contact (which we didn't need but was nice to have).

The room is super spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot spring a lot. The dinner and breakfast left us a really deep impression. The hotel staff is super nice and hospitable. I really liked their libraries (there are 3 libraries on site! ! ) -- they have a lot of manga books! We will surely visit again!

I stayed at the Tokyu hotel for four nights, in one of the larger rooms. It was absolutely worth the cost, as everything was faultless. What made the hotel extra special were the staff members. All the people I spoke to were helpful, friendly and professional - in particular, the young woman at reception who took the time to discuss my need for a quiet room.
