Amazing private onsens and best service from staff I’ve ever received. The shuttle service is great - if you want to walk around the town or grab dinner (their recommended restaurants are delicious), they’ll drive you to most places in the town and pick you up. Breakfast is fantastic.

Room was amazing. So wonderful to have a bath with such a great view. Large balcony to enjoy drinks. Mini bar in the room was very reasonably priced. Great bonus to have breakfast delivered to your room at a time of your choosing.

The service is very good 👍 appreciate the receptionist help to book ENT clinic for one of our friends, especially we are not fluent in Japanese.

All stuff was really, truly and always very kind. The hotel was very clean and beautiful and for smokers the fact that it has smoking areas it is really important. Breakfast had a lot of options and everything was delicious.

Our corner room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and the city—an unforgettable sight, especially during sunrise! The food was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. We also enjoyed the executive lounge, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Very convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful, room facilities very good, We advised them that we were vegetarian and they prepared for us twice special delicious meals and one evening searched around to find a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant which was excellent.
