Stunning breakfast. Huge variety of Japanese and Western food. Great views. Really good mattress. Very convenient for train station (4 minute walk), local buses and trams stop outside and the airport limousine bus is 6 mins walk.

Staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. They even gave me a birthday surprise. I like that the rooms are big and spacious (versus the usual Japanese rooms which can be very small) - perfect for our family of four with 2 kids. Everything still feels new and very clean. There is also a small lounge with free drinks and snacks.

    We spent three nights at the hotel, and loved every minute. Breakfast was superb and the location, right by the train station and near the center, was perect for us. The room was excepcionally well distributed. I would no doubt go there again.
