ChinaExcellent experience! I was very impressed by the room and the meal. Everything is nice there especially the staffs who are really friendly and always willing for helping. They will pay attention to your every living habit and always give you the best service. The view is also excellent, feeling so good surrounded by the nature. I even met a wild monkey during my morning bath.

We came to celebrate the birthday of one of our own, and the staff went out of their way to make it incredible.
Special mention: when booking, we asked if it was possible to prepare a birthday cake. The hotel staff went out of their way to deliver a magnificent cake for our meal.
Overall, the hotel's facilities are very pleasant, the rooms very clean and the staff very attentive. If we ever come back to Nikkō, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again!
