This was the most well-decorated hotel I've ever stayed at, at any price level. It was a real pleasure to wake up in such a thoughtfully appointed room. I also enjoyed a delicious martini and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the self-service laundry was a godsend (and reasonably priced).

Everything was marvellous the room was clean and beautiful the beds are so comfy the showers the bathrooms the room was fully equipped there is coffee machine in the lobby it was delicious and you can get hot or cold water from the same machine. also there is a small freezer with free popsicles. The washing machines are in the B floor easy to use they put all the enstructions traslated in English and other languages. They give clean towels every day. Just put the used ones in the bag and hang it you'll find it full with clean towels in the morning The location is great so close to so many famous land marks and shops and there so many restaurants very close to the place also 24 hours convenience stores Checking in and checking out were easy and smooth.. When I need an iron i just message them in less than a minute I found it out next to the room door.. Really it was a wonderful experience which make our stay in osaka unforgettable.. Thank you so much
