The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. This also extended to activities outside the hotel as well as the services and facilities inside the hotel. We all felt very looked after and had one of the best hotel experiences at the Conrad.

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

    Great hotel which is worth of its 5 stars: beautiful architecture, ample amenities and impeccable service. The train station is 5 minutes away and well connected so no need to go to Umeda for Kyoto or Nara day trips. Breakfast was plentiful, and free snacks and drinks are available if you stay on Imperial floor. Bed was very comfortable - and it is truly one bed and not two as in many other Japanese hotels, which is much appreciated. Finally, the view on the city is simply stunning.
