Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo. The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

This hotel and the hoteliers are exceptional. The staff are polite, helpful and will always work with you to navigate Japanese & English. I would encourage travellers to practice Japanese to help meet the staff halfway or pick up an app to support. Honestly, this was a brilliant place to stay, across from the amazing Odori park! I highly recommend.

The​ location​ is​ good -​ it's​ very​ near​ to​ the​ Nakajima​ Koen​station.​ The​ exit​ is​ just​ the​ left-hand side of​ the​ hotel.​ It's​ also​ next​ to​ the​ Nakajima​ ​Koen​ Park​ which​ is​ so​ beautiful.​ And​ it​ can​ walk​ to​ Tanukikoji​ Shopping​ Street​ -​ around​ 15 min.​ The​ room​ is​ clean.​ The​ bed​ is​ comfortable.​ Facilities inside​ are​ complete​ to​ support​ what​ we​ need.​ Excellent to​ stay​ and​ would​ love​ to​ back​ again.​ 😍

It is very close to subway and easy to access to restaurants within walking distance. We also like the free drinks in the afternoon everyday. Another nice feature is the hptel has enough parking space and the parking also cost only 1000 yens per day whihc is reasonable for guests.
