The town itself is quaint and lovely with the hotel adding to our excellent experience in Kinosaki. The in room open air bath was amazing as well as the hotels onsen facilities. The Kaiseki dinner was outstanding and our room attendant Wu was fantastic. Even though their sister hotel was closed - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a morning private onsen before we left which is exceptional service.
