The facility was very clean, the staff was kind, and the food was amazing. The staff especially went above and beyond helping me find the parking lot as well as carrying my bags! They also explained everything about our room very well. The location is perfect as it is a short drive to Oishi Park and FujiQ. It was especially nice that the facility had free parking. Overall, I can't wait to stay again!

We just loved the Villa we stayed in. They provide you with complimentary juices for kids and wine for adults. The villa is very spacious. they even provide you with all the cutleries, BBQ Set and all other home appliances. The best part is the terrace area. In the morning, you get awesum view of Mt. Fuji from all the floors.

There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

We didn't understand it from the booking but it's a full house rental. Amazing traditional Japanese house with a view on Mt.Fuji. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was not present at check-in but replied to questions really quickly over messages.
