    This hotel was elegant in a great location with marvellous views. The staff were charming, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I especially liked the attention to detail eg an empty mini fridge enabling me to refrigerate my purchases. In addition the access to laundry facilities was an additional and greatly appreciated service. A great surprise in a 5 star hotel. The rooms were large (for Japan) well appointed, with every amenity you could wish for.

    Befitting a five star hotel the room was bigger than other hotels and the breakfast was superb. The staff were very helpful. As the in-room television was not a smart TV, the staff provided a cable linking the television to the phone. A concierge staff also helped us contact a clinic and arranged a cab to bring us there.
