The room was amazing!!!!! So large and so well decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Free lounge was great too. We also really really enjoyed the brunch and the restaurant. I have tattoos and was a bit anxious to use the pool area but it was perfectly fine. There were no issues at all.

Amazing stay! All saff were so friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the same level as for example Four Seasons - personal care, cleanness, interior design - in reality is even much better than in the photos. And amazing food! We really enjoy this stay, thank you.

Gorgeous territory and amazing facilities! First of all, the greenery around the hotel and the Spanish architecture makes you feel so much in Europe. Stunning views from the room, very comfortable and spacious. It almost doesn’t even feel like Japan (in a good way). Different types of restaurants, especially the western one upstairs with an ocean view. The ocean is so clear and lots of tanning beds. The hotel has lots of amenities like outdoor and indoor pools, massage, you can rent e-bikes, play golf and tennis. There’s a limousine bus running from airport to the hotel but check time in advance cause it doesn’t go often. Also, sometimes they have live music in the evening and the area is so beautiful in the evening. The hotel also has a small convenience store, as well as lots of souvenir stores too.

The rooms are huge, clean and modern. Parking is free in the garage. The private jacuzzi was one of the biggest reasons I picked the hotel and we used it every day with the complimentary bath salt while looking out to the beach and the sea. The breakfast is very good, a Chinese style buffet using local ingredients. If you don't make up for breakfast you can use your meal ticket for lunch instead, but pay an extra 500 yen per person. The lunch buffet was a little nicer anyway so we did that twice. Overall we have no complaints. It was our honeymoon and it was very relaxing and the staff was welcoming and professional. I would go there again

The staff is really helpful, due to its our first time to take the golf bag during this trip. But the staff is very passion to take care our luggage and introduce the facilities very clearly. We love the room size and all the furnitures. There have welcome drink during chek in time. Also have beer, soft drink and Popsicle. The breakfast have many choices and delicious for sure. They also offer few kinds of local ingredients. During our staying, we ordered in room dining dinner- Pork Hotpot, ots really nice and the price is valuable. We willl definitely come back again :)
