I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Won Majestic Hotel in Cambodia, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Jower and the entire staff. Mr. Jower's attentiveness and kindness truly made my experience memorable. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that all my needs were met, his dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the amenities, including the wellness facilities, exceeded my expectations. It was a delight to unwind and rejuvenate in such a tranquil environment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings at the hotel. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. From traditional Cambodian dishes to international cuisine, there was something to satisfy every palate. Overall, my experience at the Won Majestic Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities made for a truly memorable stay. This hotel is truly amazing! Anything you can desire is offered you before you have to ask. The only downside for us is having stayed there only one night… I wish we could have remained there forever! Huge and clean room , with the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, (it was like sleeping in a cloud, and this was greatly appreciated after so many hard cambodian mattresses! ) Great varied breakfast with both local and western dishes… delicious sushi , and a wide menu to choose from , beautiful private beach where you can watch the sun set in the sea sipping a cocktail or having dinner… all this and much more for a great price…but, above all , we were impressed with the extraordinary politeness and kindness of the staff, who made us feel like movie stars! Ken, in particular, was literally our guardian angel, he took care of us from the moment we met, solving for us every problem…he was just amazing, he gave us a lift to the ferry station for Koh Rong Samloen where we spent two days, helped us with the ferry boat tickets and was there to pick us up when we came back … and in the meantime we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel’s parking even after we had checked out !!! Ken’s kindness and helpfulness was really beyond imagination … thank you Ken!!! Queenco hotel is by far the best we stayed at in Cambodia !

Everything! The Room was beautiful and aesthetic, the bed was like a huge cloud, the towels were big and soft. Complimentary drinks, fruits and sport offers. Massage at Bamboo Spa was amazing. Food and Drinks also very high quality standard. Best for last: everyone from staff was friendly and welcoming. The good mood smiles at you. Will come back for sure.

Clean spacious Villas, great swimming Pool & very private. Those Villas are great to relax, have 2 beautiful bathrooms and an Outdoor seating area with moutain View. The Gym is great for workouts and offers good machines The breakfast was ala carte and Not very much to Order so Not worth the value.
