Very courteous and friendly staffs, from front counter to service. Hotel is well kept and got style. Bed is comfy and toilet is clean. Location is excellent, next to Aeon shopping mall. Allowed early check in as we arrived early at 11am and late checkout as our flight is in the late afternoon

it was amazing. 3 nights we had at shangri-la Hotel was baran new, so everything was clean , staff very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing river view. breakfast was good and interesting options to choose. we also tried dinner there, which totally was good, but beef berger was amazing.

Fantastic hotel with an exceptional Rooftop terrace and pool on the 17th floor. Location is great and very close to a lot of points of interest. All staff extremly friendly and helpful. To enjoy a nice breakfast-bufett on the 17th floor looking over Phnom Penh and the river is a story of it's own. You cannot do better. All together a great value!

We are very satisfied with the accommodation, thank you! The staff are friendly, helpful and will be helpful if any question arises. Breakfast is excellent, buffet system is offered, large selection of dishes. We arrived during the New Year celebrations, so we even found live music in the restaurant. The gym is so in general - beyond praise, well equipped, there is everything you need from sports equipment.
