the best hotel staffs are there. everything is great. but, If I forced to say talking about only one thing, I definitely would like to metion about hotel staffs & tuk tuk drivers. I have not seen more kind hotel staffs ever. there is a circulation(good intentions attract good intentions). after receving great service,finaly, I misse them. They will treat you,as if you were a part of their family. every hospitality industry service should refer to them. they have the best answer which many costomers want hotel staffs to do. next,let me talk about tuk tuk driver. their driving skill is pretty good. if they found dents, they certainly avoid and slow down. is it expected? No. If you visit many countries, you may agree with that. It is drivers caring. their caring made me so happy. Lastly, I sincerely wish for their happiness.

It was like stepping back in time to some kind of tropical fantasy. The (modern construction) traditional architecture and landscaping was exactly the kind of escapist dream I was hoping for on my first visit to Cambodia. A haven of tranquillity from the noise and bustle right outside; excellent location with tourist stuff and other restaurants and bars nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised to be given such a nice room. At checkout, I learned that the staff had noticed my disability and had kindly moved me to a more accessible room. I loved the design of this residence & hotel that made me feel at a resort and at home. The apartment was very big and equipped with all what we needed and especially very nice equipment in a big kitchen - plates, cutlery, glasses (wine glasses too!), pans, oven, big fridge... we took some leftover from the restaurant and we could reheat at the apartment, it was perfect. The breakfast was super nice, good variation of plates - there was also hot dish stands such as omelette, noodles... we really enjoyed every morning. The restaurant offered also a nice quality food for diner. I recommend yoga class and spa ! Kids loved an outside pool. The staff was very kind, polite and friendly.

Don’t normally write reviews on booking but this one is really exceptional. The staffs were very attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best possible time. They helped us with the daily planning to visit Ankor WHS and booked us high quality drivers, which made our experience at Siem Reap a lot more pleasant. The villa was also extremely comfortable and peaceful. The actual room is better than the photos. We chose to have our breakfasts served in the villa so we can enjoy the morning sun in the room. The massage at the spa was also exceptional. We spend 6 nights in Siem Reap at two 9.5+ rating hotels and this one is better than the other one in all aspects.

The FREE breakfast was the best we've ever had complete with fresh fruit, homemade jams, a variety of freshly baked baked goods, fresh squeezed juices, variety of egg options, and any coffee we desired. . The customer service felt like we were dignitaries. The BED.... opulent. The room exceeded our expextations. The location was a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to Pub Street with a dollar or 2 via tuktuk.
