The kindness and respect of the staff. The breakfast was amazing with hot, cold, dessert station, Korean specific station and the live cooking station. The room was very clean and we were upgraded to an ocean view room which had a view to the landing airstrips. The toilet was heated. Everything was chargeable, but we had 3 complimentary bottles of water. The shuttle bus transfer is free of charge to and from the airport. There is a timetable available at the hotel which they provide you with.

Grand Hyatt Incheon is a 5-star business hotel, just a 3 minutes’ drive away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and a 15 minutes' drive away from Terminal 2.

I loved the staff, they were super helpful to me after a flight delay caused me to arrive after midnight and I could see they all had a great sense of hospitality. Also, the breakfast offered was an excellent value for the amount paid. The location is awesome, too, just minutes away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and also not too far from the airport's Terminal 2.

Under a 5-minute walk away from Unseo Subway Station (Airport Railroad Line), Howard Johnson Incheon Airport located. All rooms are carpeted and feature a flat-screen TV and safety deposit box.

only 7 min by train from the airport Incheon, Station Unseo is quite big and surrounding residential are has got a large number of convenience shops that are open 24h if you go to Seoul station don't miss the last train at 23:40, however taxis are not expensive, I had a ride of 25km for 25 USD

We had an amazing 5 star stay! I can't recommend Hotel Naru enough. This stay was a top highlight during our time in Seoul. Overall - It was a luxurious experience. Hospitality and service was top notch and everyone was warm and attentive. The hotel delivered a classy yet chill vibe which meant we had a taste of the high quality luxury hotel experience. Room - We were upgraded to a Han River view room (from a city view) which we were grateful for. The sunsets was one of the best views in Seoul. Room was spacious and bed comfy. The bathroom was spacious as well and we loved the bathtub and rain shower. The room is also fitted with high tech facilities and had lots of storage space for clothes or luggage. Dining - We ate at the Lounge & Deck for dinner and the afternoon high tea. Service was top notch, food among the best we had in Seoul plus a killer river view. Breakfast - Buffet style with lots of Korean, Continental, Japanese and American style options inc hot food like eggs, sausages and cooked meats etc. Facilities - The sauna (hot pool) was great. Plus they have a modern gym and pool. Special mentions - Thank you in particular to Layla (Concierge), Jenny (Voisin Bar) and Julie (Voisin Restaurant / Lounge & Deck). You went out of your way to make us feel welcome, your knowledge of food/drinks was amazing and we really appreciated your professionalism and hospitality

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and it never fails to live up to my expectations. The minute I checked in, all the staff were ready to help and made me feel so welcome. My most recent stay was the last week I was in Korea and they made me feel at home during a busy and emotional week. They also upgraded my room free of charge and always welcomed me with a smile. The hotel was very clean with excellent amenities and anything you could want was provided in the apartment. It’s designed so you can stay there for a long stay as it has a kitchen. The gym is also good with all the machines and weights you could need. When I return to Korea on business, I will stay here as it’s location is also good. I will recommend this place to family and friends.
