Beautiful compact property with direct access to the beach. We were a family of 8 booked into the 2 bedroom sea room and the founders suite … it was fantastic. The founders suite was value for money with the sheer size for everyone to hang out together + the private pool. The food was amazing. I had a delightful experience at Harding Hotel in Ahangama. Upon check-in, I was greeted with a cute flower and a refreshing welcome drink. Although not beachfront, the hotel boasts an amazing view and a prime location. The food was excellent, with compliments to the chef for their culinary skills. What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made my stay memorable. Additionally, the hotel's gesture of providing a branded tote bag upon check-out added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. Highly recommend Harding Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Sunset Cove Resort is a brand-new hotel (opened February 2025) tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ahangama’s main street. Just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride (or a leisurely 15-minute walk) brings you to a vibrant strip of hip cafes and bars, but the resort itself offers peace, privacy, and relaxation. The rooms are modern, immaculately clean, and beautifully scented, with all the comforts you’d expect – plush pillows, cozy blankets, and a very comfortable bed. Bathrooms come with a hot water shower and full set of toiletries. The seaview rooms offer lovely views of both the pool and the ocean. We were greeted with welcome drinks, and throughout our stay, the staff were warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. Breakfast is Western-style and served by the pool, where you can enjoy the calm morning sea view. The sunbeds are perfect for lounging, especially during sunset with the surfers in the background. The beach directly in front of the resort is small and feels semi-private. For calmer waters, Secret Beach is just a 5-minute walk away with a longer stretch of sand – ideal for a relaxing beach day. Bonus: Free surfboards and snorkeling gear are available for guests! There’s also an in-house poolside bar, and pool towels are provided. Great for couples, families, or groups of young adults. Excellent value for money. Tips: Request a room on the higher floor for more privacy and quiet, as the ground floor rooms may pick up chatter from the common areas.

    The location of Uyana is perfect—peaceful with serene beaches and lush greenery, yet just 5 minutes away from the lively Ahangama town. This offered us the ideal blend of relaxation and access to local culture and activities. Additionally, Janaka and his team were extremely helpful, providing us with 5-star service that made our stay even more memorable.

    The staff is absolutely incredible, always available and caring with a smile. The location of the premise is stunning, right on the ocean with direct access to a beautiful beach, while remaining private. Breakfast and food in general is 5 stars. The room is very big and clean. The bed is the most comfortable I've tried in a hotel. We had a massage in the hotel and it is recommended. Internet is was extraordinarily fast and reliable for remote workers. We just left Mosvold and we already want to return!

    Good place with an unbeatable view. Staffs are super friendly and attentive. Food was great. Drink superb. Small problem with noise -- front room facing the sea can hear the waves (understandably), and the backroom (I booked the family suite) can hear the street noise, as well as aircon of the kitchen. After talking with us they turned off the kitchen aircon at our requested hours so problem solved. Overall very very nice. It's not easy finding a five star hotel on surfing beach, and this is it.

    The staff is just outstanding! Everybody is very friendly, thought- and helpful. The fact that the house only accommodates 6 rooms gives a very exclusive feeling and so it also doesn’t really matter, that the pool is a bit small - but the beach (aka the big pool) is just a few steps away. We really loved to stay 5 nights there in total and definitely recommend a visit!
