Absolutely one of the most heavenly places I stayed in Sri Lanka. The location is perfect, and you can walk around the lake and also get your meals served on the gardens overlooking it. The staff were wonderful, and the food was amazing! Wish I had stayed longer.

Very cute small designed hotel! Great location right on the tea plantation with fantastic view from the panoramic windows of the restaurant. Fantastic British design of the hotel - all hotel looks very modern and new. Fireplace in the room. Lovely atmosphere. Very friendly and welcomed stuff. Good and tasty restaurant. Amazing breakfast. We highly recommend it to all people visiting tea plantations near Nuwara Eliya and who is going to experience the train to Ella (railway station Nanuoya is located 10 min by car from the hotel).

Staying at Bluechip Summer Bungalow was absolutely magical. The location, right in the middle of a tea plantation, and the beautiful British-style house surrounded by gardens make you feel part of Nuwara Eliya’s history. Our room was huge, with the most comfortable bed we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely attentive and professional and the food was simply outstanding.They even arranged a walk for us to Lovers Leap waterfall, which is easily accessible from the hotel and was a perfect experience. A truly authentic stay in “Little England”. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a genuine atmosphere.

We loved the views, the service and the ‘home away from home’ feel. The hotel manager was absolutely incredible and the best host we have had in Sri Lanka. Thanks for having us! Just note the accomodation is quite far away from Nuwara Eliya town, and is more of a remote getaway.

Excellent hotel, wonderful room, decor and ambiance very pleasing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was superb and well presented, with recommend wine to match. Breakfasts were amazing, a good choice of the finest Sri Lankan favourites.

The whole experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a refreshing freshly made drink and flowers. The food was made from fresh local ingredients most of the coming from their own kitchen garden. Staff were very helpful in helping us find the location as it is secluded and away from the main town which makes it very pleasant and relaxing location. We woke up to an amazing view and natural atmosphere. There are not many restaurants around but the food made my the chef at the bungalow was very delicious.

Stafford Bungalow is quite simply outstanding! We spent three unforgettable days there and will most certainly return as soon as possible. Besides the breathtaking beauty of its surroundings, and the cuisine that is out of this world, Stafford is run by the most incredibly meticulous, friendly and endearing team of staff. Christy is honestly one of the most remarkable young men I have had the privilege of meeting and he makes ones stay at Stafford absolutely unbeatable.

From the luxurious interior to the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, dam and tea plantations, our experience here was wonderful and a much needed getaway in an extremely calm and serene place. We were hosted by the very warm and cheerful Akila and served delicious meals prepared by the talented in-house chef.

    La Grande Villa is a must to do if you are coming at NUWARA ELIYA. You can feel the luxury England atmosphere everywhere. The room is fabulous, the food is delicious and all the staff was so caring, so helpful and so nice. You can count on the receptionist Farhan if you need anything, count on the chef if you want to eat Sri Lankan, Indian or English food and count on the staff to makes you feel like a VIP guest. Thanks to all of you for this unforgettable stay. I warmly recommend that place.
