It’s not just a hotel, it’s an amazing experience, you are staying close to nature and you can meet a lot of animals on the territory of the hotel. The interior of the hotel is very stylish. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good, nothing like very special but a lot of choices, coffee was good. A lot of options for dinner, you can get buffet for around 20 $ or you can have fancy romantic dining in a cave for approximately 400 $. Small details were well chosen in the hotel, the room is simple but I love it, there is relaxing music that you can turn on and also small candle that you can fire and put near jacuzzi with amazing view.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was an amazing experience. Everything was fantastic. The dinner and breakfast were very delicious and tasty. The room was spacious and located in the heart of the jungle. The staff were very polite. We liked everything and truly enjoyed our stay.

We booked a night at Sigirya King’s Resort out of desperation due to an issue with another property in the region. Thankfully, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We ended up staying two nights at the resort and loved every minute of it. From the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members (especially the young man at Reception), to the pure serenity of the beautiful location and incredibly well maintained outside areas full of wildlife, everything was brilliant. We stayed in two different rooms across both nights and found both to be well worth the price. Both rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the property is also a positive as it is in walking distance from Sigirya Rock and Pidurangala Rock - you can actually see the property from Pidurangala. Whether you’re in the area for one day or five, we can’t recommend this place enough!

Peaceful location with fabulous views. Beautiful villas, grounds and pool. Impeccable cleanliness of rooms and maintenance of grounds. Sri Lankan breakfast and evening meals were outstanding. Staff were very kind, friendly and professional. Management were completely understanding and helpful with the possibility of us having to cancel due to the flooding from cyclone affecting our travel plans, even though their hotel was not affected.

Everything just like on the pictures. Superb location, within a short walk to Sigiriya rock and town but far away from the crowds. Beautiful garden full of plants and animals. Superb food served by the hosts for great price with a wide choice of traditional food: every day the breakfast and dinner completely different. But the overall best highlight is the hosting family: we felt like home. We came with children and both them and us loved the hosts and if we had more time, I wish we could stay longer. When we return to Sri Lanka one day, it is the PLACE where we definitely want to stay again!!!

We had an amazing stay at Water Garden Sigiriya. The whole place is so peaceful, and it felt like we were surrounded by nature – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our room was incredible – super spacious and comfortable, and having our own private pool was definitely a highlight! The food was great; every meal was delicious, and you could tell a lot of care went into it. The service was also fantastic, especially from Sashi, Thamidu, and Dilshan, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was such a memorable experience, and we left feeling completely recharged. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and great hospitality!

The team really do above and beyond to really make your stay fabulous and packed with a range of activities. We enjoyed a super meal on the first night, followed by morning safari, a 80 minute full body massage at spa nearby and a walk up Pidurangala rock at sunset. They have their own tuk tuk so lifts to/ from places was easy.

A beautiful hotel with superb views of Sigirya Rock. The hotel employees, in particular Tharashi at reception and Lal the room boy, are highly recommended for their hospitality. Breakfast is plentiful with choice of European and local food. Cleaniness excellent. Hotel decor very pleasing to the eye. 5 star service in this highly recommended hotel. Ideally located to visit all the sites in the area including Sigiriya Rock, Minneriya National Park and the ancient ruins at Sigiriya among so many other things to see.

Of all the hotels we have stayed at in Sri Lanka, this is our favorite. We booked 2 villas for the whole family, and they were magnificent. It's worthy of a 5-star luxury hotel attentive staff and made-to-measure service High-quality meals and breakfast Very good value for money

It's the most luxurious place I've stayed in Sri Lanka, the facilities, hotel room and location outstanding. The staff is the most welcoming and one of the best services I've ever experienced. The restaurant, top quality food. Overall an amazing stay at a very well managed hotel.
