The property is relatively new. It’s extremely clean & well maintained. The rooms & balconies are spacious with adequate bathroom & kitchen supplies. The staff were so supportive & helpful, assisted us with arranging scooty, tuktuks. Property manager was available at all times & very friendly. Location is also good, midway to both beaches in Unawatuna. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

We were only here for 1 night but we felt very comfortable. The owner is a very caring and attentive person, he does his best for his guests. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Unawatuna.

The villa is brand new, the pool also! The facility is stunning. Our bathroom was very wide and beautiful. The villa is cozy and also located in the jungle. I think this is the best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka!!! The breakfast was made by our host and his wife, very delicious! Caretaker-Haresh and his wife Ireshika are amazing the give some gift also to us , we really remember our stay in this place thankful to them, they did the best experience ever! Also Ireshika told us a lot of stories about the culture and the religion, we love that! Everything was perfect! We really do recommend this place for your next trip!!!!

What an amazing hidden gem and perfect place to spend our honeymoon. We had the most wonderful 3 nights at Villa Selenya. Our room was stunning and had the most beautiful views of the pool and sea. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay - they really couldn’t do enough for us and were always so happy and polite. The menu and food at the hotel was outstanding and always so beautifully presented. We particularly loved the pool area, comfortable sun loungers with sea views. Location is great. Very easy to get around by tuk tuk which the hotel very kindly organised for us during our stay. We really can’t fault anything about this hotel. We really hope to return in the future and will be recommending it to all of our friends. If you are considering booking Villa Selenya please don’t think twice, you won’t regret it! Thank you to all of the staff (especially Suresh) at Villa Selenya for your amazing hospitality and for making our first trip to Sri Lanka and honeymoon so memorable.

Villa Ishq is a wonderfully luxurious villa set on a beachfront location in Talpe on the southern coast of Sri Lanka. The 5 bedroom suites are very well appointed and the bathrooms are huge and beautifully designed. What sets Villa Ishq above others is the staff. Led by the villa manager Nimal the staff are both many in number and super attentive. The cuisine is superb with all the local curries cooked fresh every day. We could order almost anything which was sourced locally and cooked to perfection. We had a most wonderful time! Many thanks for hosting us!

Everything was great, our expectations were justified. Nice villa with good, clean swimming pool, comfort rooms. Photos on booking.com = reality. Picturesque surrounding area with palm trees and walking peacocks. My daughter was delighted with an internal pool with fish and turtles. House manager Aruna and his assistant did there best to make our vacation comfortable. Free breakfasts and not expensive lanches/diners on your choice (what ever you want). Aruna, thank You for seafood grill-party ))

    We enjoyed an exceptional stay. From the welcome by lively host, to the chefs preparing great lunch and breakfast to the spotless room. Sergeant house has been on our the best places we stayed at in Sri Lanka. It felt private, luxurious and romantic. Can’t recommend it enough!

    Wow what a perfect stay. Great relaxing location with beach and pool steps away from each other. Room was massive and so comfortable Great AC.Great check in. Plentiful breakfast so much food. Drinks a bit pricey but strong and enjoyable. A big Thankyou to the best waiter in Unawatuna, Supun, who looked after us with 5 star service and genuine hospitality and friendliness. Well done Supun.

    We loved the privacy without compromising on luxury. The pool as well as the property felt like a private property as we were the only guests at that time. The food is absolutely superb !! Vishal is a great great host and takes care of all your needs very well!
