Style and design of the room and whole hotel. Staff is well trained and friendly. I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities. Nice hotel, friendly staff, awesome location in the old city, good air conditioning. This was the only hotel out of four we booked recently that met the quality criteria of the hotel description during booking. Nice breakfast, roof top terrace, and nice terrace on the front. When I had some special wishes the staff came to help in room very fast. Pool and sauna are ok. We really enjoyed it.

This unique hotel is located in the city centre of Riga, only an 8-minute drive from the old town and the train station.

We took "London" for New Year celebration and it was extremely fun. The flat was specious and we felt like royalty. I especially loved breakfast that staff brought to our flat on a white table.
