The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and kind to us. The weather was too hot and the place provides the perfect environment to chill out by the pool. We lad lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing. Very good chef and breakfast was fab.

A very beautiful Riad located in a great place in the médina and close to the square. Staff are friendly and accomodating, breakfast is ample and delicious, and the massages were relaxing. The rooms had air conditioning which was a life saver on the hot night we were there.

This Riad was a little piece of heaven in a very busy city. So quiet and calm. Absolutely amazing staff and a lovely breakfast. Rooms were exceptional and we all had the best sleep of our holiday. We couldn't recommend this accommodation any higher. Amazing value for money

The Riad Louhou was a quiet oasis gem & we absolutely loved our stay. Excellent location. The staff was warm & welcoming and full of smiles. My favorite part was how they would see us out when we were leaving and then welcome us back at the door again when we arrived from a long day in the Medina. The ladies were always available to answer our questions and give suggestions. We felt very welcome here. During the afternoons and evenings, they would play chill lounge music and IT WAS MY FAVORITE part of the day. The riad was very quiet at all times of the day. Breakfast was delicious every morning, although my husband wished the coffee was stronger, but he is used to drinking Portuguese espresso every morning :) The riad smelled amazing and when I commented on the smell... they helped me find where to get it and even sent me home w a gift of a diffuser. IT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. The riad was spotless. Not only was it a beautifully done riad on the inside- it also had a relaxing, watery-blue pool to cool off in on the rooftop. The chairs and overall atmosphere were beautiful and tranquil. The monogrammed pool hats were so fun! I wished I would have gotten photo up there! My husband and I sat out by ourselves in the pool for an hour after shopping. It was calm & quiet. A wonderful respite from the day. Well done and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

As others have said, you can book this hotel with confidence. This is a beautiful riad inside a relatively peaceful part of the Medina. Most , if not all of the principal sites are easily accessible on foot but once through the door you are in a space of calm and tranquility. We had a suite, which was very spacious and included a lovely private patio with sunloungers on the rooftop! The bathroom was very atmospheric and marbled tiled and the decor throughout the hotel was a stylish blend of the traditional and contemporary The rooftop restaurant was a pleasant place to eat and the food was good. The service was impeccable with courteous and friendly staff in every area. We also used the spa and Hammam at the hotel and it was a wonderful and invigorating experience with very professional staff. If you want to wash off the dust of the Medina, what better place to go. We would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you!
