The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. A beautifully restored gem in the heart of Fes This riad is a true oasis in the middle of the city - beautifully restored with incredible attention to detail. Every corner feels like a tribute to local craftsmanship, making it not just a place to stay but an artistic experience. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was too much and they catered for our every need - from the owners to the waiters. Thank you. The food was outstanding, fresh, homemade, and full of flavour, prepared by talented local chefs right on site. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we’re already dreaming of our return.

Everything, this is a palace, a jewel, a beautiful story, an incredible place. Very clean, an incredible rooftop where you can eat and drink a coffee or a beer, beautiful and artistic decorations. The location was perfect and the staff was amazing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning riad. The welcome was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Our room was simply beautiful — tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail! We had the chance to enjoy a hammam and massage experience — a truly relaxing and fantastic moment. We also had dinner at the riad and chose the set menu… what a surprise! The portions were very generous, and every dish was absolutely delicious. From start to finish: a refined starter, a flavorful tagine, a delightful dessert, and to top it all off, traditional Moroccan pastries with mint tea… it was perfect! The riad is also ideally located — easily accessible by car with nearby parking. It’s the perfect base to explore the Medina, everything is within easy reach. Honestly, it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. We absolutely loved our stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully reflects the rich Moroccan culture, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. A special thank you to the manager, Ahmed 🌟, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes! We will definitely return in the future!

    This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.

    Beautiful palace in the heart of the Medina! Everything was perfect, especially Taha who came to welcome us and show us the where to park but also helped carry our luggage to the hotel! Food was amazing, rooftop overlooking the medina was unbelievable! 5 stars ⭐️
