Five-Star Hotels in Ouarzazate

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. We used the hotel as a base to visit Ait Benhaddou, the kasbah at Ourzazate and the gorges of Dades, which were all fantastic.

It's hard to describe in words what a wonderful stay we had at the hotel. From the very beginning you feel at home. Every employee, including the owners, makes you feel special there. The breakfasts were delicious and everyone could eat their fill. There are no guidelines as to what time you have to get up for breakfast or by what time you have to eat it. Whenever it suits you, you inform the staff and they prepare breakfast for you inside or outside on the terrace. The entire hotel is wonderfully decorated in Moroccan style. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. The Internet works without any problems and there is air conditioning in every room. You simply feel at home in this hotel! Khalid deserves special mention. This man made our stay so pleasant and improved that we couldn't have asked for a better guide. After arriving from England, we change Our cloths and for the rest of the day he showed us all the attractions in the area. Every time waiting in the car after we finish sightseeing or walking with us. Then he drove us to the next beautiful place and it was all at a very reasonable price. He also organized a trip to Sahara for us. And that was something wonderful. Amazing experience! He drove us to the Sahara and stopped at all the places worth seeing along the way. There were camels waiting for us in the Sahara and they took us to the camp. The camp itself was just a dream. Each tent has a bed, bathroom and toilet. Great dinner and a bonfire in the evening with live music. We will not forget this trip for the rest of our lives. During her stay in the Sahara, my aunt celebrated her 60th birthday. Khalid had previously organized a cake which they brought during the bonfire. Nobody expected anything. The entire trip was of a very high standard. I recommend choosing this hotel and I guarantee you that you will not regret it. The entire staff helps you organize anything you can think of.
