Had a lovely stay at Idou Malabata with my partner for a few days of winter holiday and to catch some Moroccan sun. The staff was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Everyone speaks very good English and is eager to give their guests the best experience possible. If anything went not quite as hoped the staff was very helpful and resolved any issues immediately. Things can always go wrong but it’s down to how they are handled and rectified and this was done very well at Idou Malabata. We enjoyed the gym, the spa and the beautiful view from our family room which we were upgraded to upon arrival (complimentary) just to make our stay more special. The food in the restaurant was very good. The menu on that day had mostly fish dishes which wasn’t ideal for someone who doesn’t like fish or seafood. I recommend checking the menu of the day before making a reservation. The cocktails were very well crafted and tasty. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim so we did not get to enjoy the pools but they looked lovely and very inviting on hot days. Can whole heartedly recommend the hotel, restaurant and bar and would definitely stay again.

My stay at the Hilton City Center in Tangier was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and humble, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The restaurant was outstanding, offering a fantastic selection of dishes with impeccable service. I give the staff a 5/5 for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tangier!

It’s a super charming hotel, full of history and attention to details. Location is first class, great for Medina and seafront; pool is wonderful; piano bar is charming, straight from the fab 70s. Best hotel in town, in my opinion!

The decor, the lovely lampshades, the comfortable bed. The whole hotel was very elegant. Omar (concierge) was a particularly helpful and informative individual. We believe he will do very well in his career, and has great potential.
