Excelent location, near everything but at the same time very quiet. The hotel is comfortable, new, and clean. Coffee, tea and water complementary in the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied, substantial and you can even order omelets from the kitchen. The service is absolutely superb. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. The staff speaks English and is all the time ready to make your stay perfect. Without any doubt, the Gregory Hotel has one of the best personnel I've seen around the world. Big thanks to all the cleaning ladies and especially to Vadim, Alexandra, Oleg, Catalin and Nastia for all their attentions.

Everything. The friendly personnel, their efficiency, professionalism. I appreciate that every time I come I am spoiled by Dima, the cook at the breakfast, Milena at reception, and Ms Zaporojan giving the welcome and there for us guests.
