It is an absolutely luxury hotel with second to none services.  Every detail of the hotel is well thought out, eye-catching and exudes quality. What maximizes the experience is the immense professionalism of all the staff, who made us feel that everything was about our relaxation. We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

Absolutely stunning place – the highlight of our entire trip! We traveled along the whole coastline, and nowhere else was as beautiful as this. I honestly can’t put into words how happy I am that we chose to stay here. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly – they made us feel right at home. If I ever return to Montenegro, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else – only here! I recommend this place 100%, without a doubt. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! Laura

    We loved the hotels beach and the loungers just on the waters edge, the views are just stunning. The quality of food was of a very high standard both at breakfast and dinner. Milan in the lighthouse restaurant went the extra mile and made sure we had a lovely dining experience. This hotel deserves their 5 stars. The quality of everything is top notch.

    A charming hotel, but not 5 stars. The whole place shut down at 9 in the evening. However, there was a wonderful restaurant Platanus nearby, just throw down in the beach, which I can recommend. Kotor is a wonderful place, as the hotel, and especially it's roof terrace was amazing. ❤️
